Legacy St George Utah

The Legacy subdivision in St George, Utah, is a planned unit development built around the Southgate Golf Course. Many homes offer golf course views, as well as city and red mountain views from most lots. This community is not age-restricted; however, many residents are retirees or second homeowners. You'll find older homes built in the early '90s as well as a few lots left; you can still build new construction. This is a trendy community centrally located with easy access to I15 and local amenities, parks, schools, and trails. The community offers an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a clubhouse complete with a workout room. The association dues at Legacy seem high at first look, but keep in mind that the association dues also cover water and exterior insurance along with cable and yard maintenance. These are expenses most owners will have anyway.
