When St George receives any snowfall, Diamond Valley will receive more, and it will tend to stick longer due to the cooler temperatures. However, because the snowfall in the area is rare, it is usually a treat to have it. When the snow actually sticks, most residents are out on the front porch watching. The kids get bundled up and wait for enough snow, allowing them to engage in a friendly snowball fight.
