Green Springs, Washington, Utah is a master-planned community built around the Green Spring Golf Course and is located just north of St George. Often buyers assume Green Springs is in St George; however, it’s actually in Washington, Utah. There are a few subdivisions or neighborhoods within Green Springs; they include Last Sun, Links, Northbridge, Northbridge Estates, Monteverde, Silverstone, La Jolla Hills, Laguna, Green Springs Cove Estates, Las Entradas, Lion’s Head Estates, and Westgate Hills.

The convenient location just off I15 to the West and is close to the mall, Costco, and the larger chain retail makes this a sought-after place to live. Property can range from $180,000 up to million-dollar homes. Some of the most exclusive and most elaborate homes ever built are located in Green Springs.  HOA fees vary since there are several pocket communities in Green Springs.  Not all communities have a pool, and some share a clubhouse and pool, so it may not be right in the same neighborhood.
