Exceptional service began after my first call to her was returned in minutes. Paula did an excellent job of matching homes to our preferences, arranging visits to properties to match our travel schedule, and pointing out pluses and minuses of homes we visited, without trying to influence our decision. As with any real estate transaction, other services were needed to close the sale. Paula was in constant contact to be certain that everything progressed favorably, and took the lead to assist us when needed.
